To log in as a parent, click above and use the credentials as shown below or in the screenshot beside.  The username is ‘parent’ and the password is the name of the winning School House in last summer’s Sports Carnival. If you are not sure, think, 'yellow'.  

Staff and pupils should use the same login details as used at school. 

If prompted with two boxes as in the screenshot example shown on the right (User name and Password) enter:

User name:fulham-prep\username
Password: ********

If prompted with three boxes (User name, Password and Domain) enter:

User name:username
Password: ********
Domain:fulham-prep

Known problems

• AOL users report that they are unable to access the school intranet through the AOL window.  However, many have successfully connected using Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox or some other web browser instead.  Failing that, the only option seems to be to use another ISP.
• Some Macintosh users have reported problems logging on.  If this occurs, try using Netscape Navigator or Mozilla Firefox for Mac as the browser rather than Internet Explorer.
